Group Therapy

Group Therapy for: Socially Sensitive Neurodivergent Adults

Many neurodivergent adults experience social isolation or intense discomfort when trying to make friends or simply interact with the world. What might seem like a simple conversation can leave you feeling overstimulated, rejected, misunderstood, or unsure how to move toward connection without losing yourself. You may find yourself masking, over-explaining, shutting down, fawning, avoiding texts, struggling with small talk, feeling “too much,” or replaying interactions long after they happen.

This group is not about learning how to become more socially “typical.” Instead, it is a neurodiversity-affirming therapy group where you can share the challenges you’re facing with others who can relate, while exchanging perspective, support, and understanding. It can also be a space to meet like-minded people and begin building meaningful connections.
